100% Satisfaction Guarantee

CozzzyBird, Inc. guarantees the quality of our covers.  If a seam comes undone, or you have any structural problems with your cover, just give us a call and we will take care of it for you!

We also guarantee that you will not find a Custom Cage Cover for a better price.  We encourage you to check out the other bird cage cover companies.  They won't have the same guarantee's that we do, and they won't have the same innovative design, either.  If you find a company that will custom make a cover for you at a lower price, just give us a call - we'll match their price OR do better!

We can not guarantee that your bird will not chew our covers.  Chewed covers or covers damaged in any way other than during the manufacturing process may NOT be returned for a refund.

We will accept the return of a Universal Cover if the cover is fully intact, i.e., no damages.  We will give you a full refund (not including shipping costs) if the cover has not been removed from it's package, otherwise we will retain a 15% restocking fee (not including shipping costs) for each cover returned.

If you ordered a Popular Cage Cover (A&E, Avian Adventures or Kings), you may return the cover for a 85% refund (not including shipping costs).

If you ordered a Custom Cover, we will not accept a return if the incorrect measurements were entered during ordering and your cover doesn't fit properly.  We will alter the cover to make it fit for 50% of the original sale price (plus shipping costs).  If you ordered a Custom Cover and cancel the order within 24 hours you will receive 100% credit on the cover.  After 24 hours, the cover is already in the manufacturing process and we will retain 100% of the cost of the cover (any shipping costs will be refunded).

We ship to all USA states and most major countries worldwide. To see the cost to ship to your address, simply add your desired product to the shopping cart, and proceed to the checkout page. If your country is not listed in the drop-down, contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping Lead Time

All in stock covers ship out within 1 business day. Custom cage covers typically take 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped out. We will email you tracking details once your product has shipped.

This ensures that only we can view your personal information.

You know how a lot of people are scared of flying, even though it's statistically safer than driving? The same paradox exists for online credit card use versus traditional credit card use.  Online purchases are statistically safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or department store. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at our site while using the secure server.  In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting guidelines and procedures.

We compare our prices to our competitors' prices on a regular basis to make sure we're giving you the best price available online. But just in case we've overlooked something, here's our promise to you: If you find the same product available for a better price on another web site, we'll beat their price by $10. To receive a price match, please use the live chat icon in the lower-right corner of any page on our website, or use the contact us form to send us the following details:

  • Name of the product you purchased or would like to purchase
  • Competitor's price (including shipping, processing, taxes, and all other fees)

Lowest Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions Competitor's product must be the identical model from an authorized U.S. dealer. Specifically, the product must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty, model number, contain the same components, and must be brand new (not refurbished). Competitor's product must be in stock. We reserve the right to verify another online company's product availability and price before issuing a price match or refund. We do not price-match on products listed on auction websites or member-only websites (such as sites that require a periodic membership fee). The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance or close-out items (since they are one-of-a-kind and priced according to their condition). The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to the total cost to purchase and deliver the item, including shipping, processing, handling, taxes, and other applicable fees. The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to products offered online via e-commerce websites. It does not apply to private party sales or products sold at "brick-and-mortar" stores. We reserve the right to refuse an order on which we would incur a loss. Furthermore, refunds are limited to the amount of gross profit we recognized on the sale (purchase price less our cost for the product).
